• Current Business or State Profession License, in a Residential or Commercial Design-based business, or the Hospitality industry
• Proof of current AI or IDI provincial registration
• Proof of current ASID membership
• Interior design certification (e.g. NCIDQ, CCIDC)
• We will also need a copy of your:
• W9, Federal ID form, or EIN number and Resale or Sales Tax Certificate if you are planning to re-sale our products.

Can I place a Trade order online?

Yes, orders can be placed online.

How do I place an order or receive a quote?

Your Trade order can be placed online or by calling a dedicated Lancko Group, Inc. Trade representative at 1888-452-6256 (4Lancko) or faxing a purchase order request and credit card authorization forms to 1858-225-0277. Orders can also be placed directly at any of our showrooms through our representatives.

Which industries and professions qualify for the Trade program?

Our Trade discount is offered to LICENSED Architects, Interior Designers, Hospitality Specifiers, and Multi-Chain Specifiers.

Does the Design Trade Program discount apply to purchases made in Canada?

Yes, the standard discount applies to Canadian purchases and deliveries.

Can I order merchandise for international delivery?

We will gladly ship your product to your contracted US-based freight forwarders but are unable to directly ship products to other destinations outside Canada and the continental US

Do you charge tax?

Without a valid re-sale certificate, we will charge the associated sales tax by delivery location.

How will I know that I received my Trade discount?

The price reflected in your order confirmation is net of the trade discount.

What is your return policy?

Trade orders allow for refunds, less any applicable shipping charges and/or restocking fees.  This applies for any uninstalled products with which you are not fully satisfied and within 30 days from shipping. How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping time varies by product and selected delivery method. For the most accurate information, email us or call one of our Trade representatives at 1888 452-6256 (4Lancko).

How do I track my order?

Your will receive an order and shipping confirmation via email that will include the tracking information for the products indicated as shipped. Some deliveries are made in our own trucks and coordinated by our traffic department. You can also call a dedicated Lancko Group, Inc. Trade representative at  1888 452-6256 (4Lancko) for updates.

Can you process special shipping requests?

If you have unique project requirements, please contact our dedicated Trade representatives to discuss options.

Can I expedite my order?

Some items may be expedited at an additional cost.   Please contact our dedicated Trade representatives to discuss options. Our trade representatives will need to call our plant managers to check on factory work loads before being able to commit to expedited times.  It is not always possible to accept expedite requests.

Will you help me select a Freight Forwarder for international shipping if I don't have one already?

Unfortunately, we do not provide assistance with that. The selection and management of a Freight Forwarder is at the sole discretion of the customer.

Can international designers apply to the program?

International Architects and designers can apply to our Trade program under the same qualification process as US designers. Lancko accepts the following trade organizations for international designers:
